Quantum Solutions' subsidiary boosts ethereum holdings with new acquisition

Quantum Solutions Inc. announced today that its consolidated subsidiary, Hong Kong-based GPT Pals Studio Limited ("GPT"), has acquired additional Ethereum (ETH) as part of its ongoing cryptocurrency investment strategy. On October 21, 2025, GPT purchased 2,000.13 ETH at an acquisition cost of $7,854,320. This latest acquisition brings GPT's total ETH holdings to 3,865.84 ETH, with an aggregate acquisition value of $15,854,320 and an average acquisition price of $4,101.13 per ETH.

The acquisition was financed through external borrowings by GPT and funds provided by Quantum Solutions, including proceeds from its 13th and 14th series of share options and 4th series of unsecured convertible bonds with share options, issued on October 14, 2025. This move aligns with the company's stated goal of diversifying its asset portfolio and enhancing long-term corporate value.

Quantum Solutions reiterated its commitment to strategically acquiring digital assets, primarily Ethereum, to strengthen its asset portfolio. The company anticipates that this latest acquisition will have a minor impact on its consolidated financial performance for the fiscal year ending February 2026, with any significant changes to be promptly disclosed.
