Chatwork corrects Q2 2025 financials, adjusts ARPU upward

Chatwork Co., Ltd. announced a partial correction to its "Presentation Material Results for the Second Quarter of FY2025" and "Summary of Financial Results for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2025 (Japanese GAAP) (Consolidated)," originally disclosed on August 8, 2025. The correction addresses an error in the ARPU figures for the second quarter, which was initially reported as 713.6 yen, representing a -0.3% year-over-year change. The corrected ARPU figure is 721.8 yen, reflecting a +0.9% year-over-year change.

The revised figures indicate a positive shift in ARPU, reinforcing the company's strategy to improve ARPU through strengthening sales of enterprise plans and managing discount contracts. The number of paying IDs remains at 822,000, up 9.0% year-over-year, and the churn rate for paying IDs is still a low 0.88%. These corrections are reflected across the relevant sections of the updated documents, including KPI highlights and ARPU trend analysis.
