Willplus holdings to acquire Peugeot dealership business

Willplus Holdings Corporation announced today, October 21, 2025, that its board of directors has resolved to enter a basic agreement to acquire a portion of the Peugeot authorized dealer business operated by Grand Ciel Sekisho Co., Ltd. The acquisition aims to strengthen Willplus Holdings' business expansion in the Tohoku region, particularly in Fukushima Prefecture, by taking over Grand Ciel Sekisho's Koriyama store.

This strategic move aligns with Willplus Holdings' mission to expand its business through M&A, enhancing its sales and service network for imported cars. The company intends to integrate Grand Ciel Sekisho's established customer base and service network with its own expertise in imported car sales, after-sales service, and insurance to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

The final acquisition agreement is expected to be concluded by mid-November 2025, with the business transfer scheduled for early January 2026. Grand Ciel Sekisho Co., Ltd., established on May 28, 1987, operates in new and used car sales, automotive maintenance, and insurance agency services.
