Convano subsidiary partners for nasal thread lift development in Japan

Convano's consolidated subsidiary, Thinks Healthcare Co., Ltd., has signed a business alliance agreement with HM Solution Co., Ltd. for the joint development and exclusive import of thread lift materials for nasal bridge formation in Japan. This partnership aims to address limitations of existing nasal augmentation methods, such as short duration, asymmetry, high costs, invasiveness, and infection risks. The new thread lift product will utilize absorbable threads to achieve non-invasive, long-lasting, and natural-looking nasal contours.

HM Solution Co., Ltd., established in January 2024 with a capital of KRW 110 million, will contribute to the design, manufacturing, and clinical data for the product. Thinks Healthcare, established in May 2024 with JPY 100 thousand capital, will define product requirements for the Japanese market, support clinical evaluations, manage regulatory procedures, and oversee supply chain and sales channel development. The exclusive import agency will cover sales and marketing in Japan.

This agreement expands Convano Group's product portfolio in the thread lift market, complementing an earlier partnership for next-generation thread lift materials targeting nasolabial folds. The company anticipates this new solution will drive high-value, high-satisfaction treatments in the free medical services sector.
