Quantum Solutions' subsidiary expands Ethereum holdings to $7.5m

Quantum Solutions announced on October 16, 2025, that its Hong Kong-based consolidated subsidiary, GPT Pals Studio Limited, acquired an additional 242.64 Ethereum (ETH) on October 15, 2025. This acquisition cost $1,000,000 and was funded by external borrowings and capital from Quantum Solutions' 13th and 14th series of share options and 4th series of unsecured convertible bonds with share options.

Following this transaction, GPT Pals Studio's total Ethereum holdings are now 1,742.61 ETH, with a cumulative acquisition value of $7,500,000 and an average acquisition price of $4,303.88 per ETH. This move aligns with the group's digital asset investment business, which also includes Bitcoin (BTC) acquisitions.

Quantum Solutions anticipates this acquisition will have a minor impact on its consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending February 2026. The company remains committed to pursuing strategic acquisitions of digital assets, primarily Ethereum, to enhance its asset portfolio and boost long-term corporate value.
