Metaplanet sets new record date for extraordinary shareholder meeting

Metaplanet Inc. announced on October 15, 2025, that its board of directors has resolved to cancel the previously set record date of October 24, 2025, for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. This decision follows an earlier announcement on October 8, 2025, regarding the setting of a record date for the meeting.

A new record date has been established for October 31, 2025, to determine shareholders eligible to exercise voting rights at the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for December 22, 2025. The company will use its final shareholder register on this new record date to identify eligible voters. The official public notice of this new record date will be made on October 16, 2025, via electronic public notice on Metaplanet’s website.
