Access to elect two auditors at EGM, replaces departed Masakazu Furukawa

Access Inc. announced on October 15, 2025, a partial amendment to the proposals for its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for November 19, 2025. The company will now propose the election of two statutory auditors, adding an additional candidate to the "Election of one statutory auditor" item originally slated as Proposal No. 2.

The revised agenda reflects a change in the auditor lineup. Masakazu Furukawa resigned as a statutory auditor on September 30, 2025, due to personal reasons. In response, Access plans to propose Shigenobu Fukumoto and Tetsuzo Hama as auditor candidates.

Hama is identified as a former managing director of Azusa Audit Corporation and a representative of Tetsuzo Hama Certified Public Accountant Office, with no special interest relationship with Access. Both Fukumoto and Hama are expected to be designated as independent officers under the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The auditor changes have received the consent of the Board of Corporate Auditors.
