Insource establishes new HR development department, appoints Takeshi Imanishi

Insource Co., Ltd. announced the establishment of its group human resource development department, a strategic move aimed at improving overall group performance by enhancing employee skills and abilities. This new department will be responsible for implementing measures to achieve these objectives.

Concurrently, the company revealed a personnel change impacting Takeshi Imanishi. Mr. Imanishi, currently an executive officer and manager of both the group human resources department and the group trainers' educational department, will take on the additional role of chief of group human resource development department. He also serves as director of Insource Business Rep.

These organizational and personnel changes were approved by Insource's board of directors. The company's representative director, president, and CEO is Takayuki Funahashi, and Shin Kebukawa serves as executive officer, group corporate management and accounting department.
