Pan Pacific International Holdings reports strong September sales growth

Pan Pacific International Holdings Corporation announced a consolidated domestic retail sales increase of 4.0% year-over-year for existing stores in September 2025. All stores recorded a 5.3% sales increase, despite a negative impact of -1.6% due to one fewer Sunday compared to the previous year.

The Discount Store business saw existing store sales rise by 3.8% in September, while UNY's existing store sales climbed 4.4%. Both segments reported customer traffic exceeding prior-year levels, excluding the holiday impact. Sales improved across many categories, particularly character-themed merchandise and beauty/wellness products in the Discount Store business, and prepared foods, processed foods, and household items for UNY.

For October 2025, five new Don Quijote stores are scheduled to open across Japan, including locations in Hiroshima, Miyagi, Gifu, Mie, and Tokyo, signaling continued expansion.
