Miroku Jyoho Service completes Synergix Technologies acquisition, expands cloud ERP

Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its acquisition of Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd., a Singaporean cloud ERP company, on October 10, 2025. This follows an earlier announcement made on September 19, 2025. Synergix, established in 1990 with capital of SGD 456k, specializes in cloud-based ERP vendor services, including sales of its self-developed ERP software, consulting, customer training, and maintenance services.

The financial results of Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd. are expected to be incorporated into Miroku Jyoho Service's consolidated financial statements starting from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

While the impact on the full-year consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, is anticipated to be minor, Miroku Jyoho Service believes this acquisition will enhance the corporate value of the Group.
