Hankyu Hanshin Holdings to cancel over 1.5 million treasury shares

Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. will cancel 1,510,522 common shares, representing 0.60% of the total shares issued before the cancellation. This action, approved by a board of directors resolution on May 14, 2025, aligns with Article 178 of the Companies Act. The cancellation is scheduled for October 31, 2025.
