Arisawa Mfg. appoints Minoru Kondoh as operating officer for corporate strategy

Arisawa Mfg. Co., Ltd. announced a change in its operating officer structure, effective October 9, 2025. Minoru Kondoh, previously general manager of the administration division and in charge of the corporate strategy department, has been appointed as an operating officer. In his new capacity, Kondoh will continue to be responsible for the corporate strategy department.

The announcement was made by representative director and chief executive Yuta Arisawa. This executive change was resolved during a board of directors meeting held on October 9, 2025.
