The company acquired 2.6596452 BTC at an average acquisition cost of 18,799,500 yen, totaling a purchase value of 50,000,000 yen. This latest purchase utilized proceeds from the exercise of the 25th stock acquisition rights, which included an exercise price adjustment clause.

Following this acquisition, Remixpoint's total bitcoin holdings reached 1,371.46779258 BTC, with an updated average acquisition cost of 15,078,735 yen. The cumulative acquisition value for these holdings now stands at 20,680,000,000 yen.

This recent transaction is part of a series of acquisitions initiated in April 2025, steadily increasing Remixpoint's BTC reserves from 648.82815266 BTC (totaling 8,918,110,300 yen) on May 13, 2025, to the current level, demonstrating a consistent strategy of expanding its cryptocurrency asset portfolio.
