Ringer Hut reports modest sales growth in September despite fewer customers

Ringer Hut Co., Ltd. reported a 2.2% increase in sales for all stores in September 2025 compared to the previous year. This was accompanied by a 2.4% decrease in customer numbers, leading to a 4.6% rise in sales per customer. Existing stores saw a 3.2% sales increase, with customer numbers down by 1.3% and sales per customer up by 4.6%.

For its individual brands, Ringer Hut recorded a 3.6% sales increase in September, despite a 1.6% drop in customer numbers, resulting in a 5.2% increase in sales per customer. Hamakatsu experienced a 1.2% sales increase, with customer numbers up by 0.3% and sales per customer rising by 0.9%.

As of September 2025, the total number of Ringer Hut stores remained stable at 644, with 556 Ringer Hut branded stores, 85 Hamakatsu stores, and 3 other stores. The company noted one Ringer Hut store opening and one Ringer Hut store closure during September 2025.
