Remixpoint appoints new president, CEO, and representative director

Remixpoint, Inc. announced a significant leadership change effective September 30, 2025. The company's board of directors resolved to appoint Yoshihiko Takahashi as the new president, chief executive officer, and representative director. Takahashi previously served as chief financial officer and representative director of Remixpoint.

This appointment follows the resignation of Takashi Tashiro from his positions as president, chief executive officer, and representative director. Mr. Tashiro, who also holds key positions in crypto asset-related companies outside Remixpoint, decided to step down to focus his efforts there and support the company's Bitcoin treasury business externally.

The board of directors accepted Mr. Tashiro's resignation and proceeded with Mr. Takahashi's appointment at a meeting held today. The company confirmed that even after Mr. Tashiro's resignation, the number of directors remains in compliance with legal and corporate charter requirements.
