Mitani Sekisan sells Gateway Computer stake to TD SYNNEX

Mitani Sekisan Co., Ltd. announced the transfer of all its shares in consolidated subsidiary Gateway Computer Co., Ltd. to TD SYNNEX Corporation. The transaction, approved by Mitani Sekisan's board of directors on September 11, 2025, with the contract concluded the same day, was executed on September 30, 2025. Mitani Sekisan previously held 96.3% of Gateway Computer's voting rights, representing 910 shares, all of which have been transferred.

Gateway Computer, established on November 17, 1982, specializes in IT product sales and solution services, with a capital of JPY 47.25 million. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, Gateway Computer reported total assets of JPY 992 million, with net assets of JPY 992 million.

The strategic move is expected to leverage TD SYNNEX's global network across over 100 countries and Gateway Computer's specialized expertise to foster further growth. Mitani Sekisan anticipates the impact on its consolidated financial performance to be minor.
