Oisix Ra Daichi completes subsidiary acquisitions and divestitures

Oisix Ra Daichi Co., Ltd. has completed the additional acquisition of shares to make Sidax Holdings Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary, as announced on June 26, 2025 and completed on September 1, 2025. This move encompasses the food business (catering business) operated by Sidax Contract Food Service Co., Ltd., Sidax Food Service Co., Ltd., and S.Logistics Co., Ltd., as well as the social services business of Sidax Daishinto Human Service Co., Ltd.

Concurrently, Oisix Ra Daichi completed the transfer of all shares in Sidax Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sidax HD) and Daishinto Co., Ltd., which operates vehicle operation services, along with five other subsidiaries, on October 1, 2025. This share transfer means that Sidax HD, Sidax Co., Ltd., Daishinto Co., Ltd., and the five other subsidiaries will be excluded from Oisix Ra Daichi's consolidated scope as of October 1, 2025, having been consolidated until September 30, 2025.

The company plans to disclose the impact of these transactions on its consolidated performance by mid-November, coinciding with the announcement of its financial results for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2026.
