Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Mobility Corporation announced adjustments to the effective dates for their absorption-type split agreements, integral to establishing a joint venture for next-generation vehicle lamp systems. These changes were resolved by both companies' boards of directors on September 26, 2025.

Mitsubishi Electric Mobility's absorption-type split agreement effective date has been moved from October 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. Similarly, Stanley Electric's effective date for its absorption-type split agreement has been revised from October 2, 2025, to January 5, 2026. These amendments aim to establish a stronger foundation for business operations and ensure a smooth launch of the integration.
