KeePer Technical Laboratory clarifies relationship with largest shareholder

KeePer Technical Laboratory Co., Ltd. announced details concerning Tani Co., Ltd., classified as an "other affiliated company" under its financial regulations. As of June 30, 2025, Tani Co., Ltd. holds 21.24% of the voting rights directly in KeePer Technical Laboratory.

Tani Co., Ltd. is the largest shareholder of KeePer Technical Laboratory. Despite this, KeePer Technical Laboratory asserts its operational independence, stating that its business activities and decisions are based on its own independent judgment, with its independence fully secured. The announcement specifies that the chairman and CEO of KeePer Technical Laboratory also holds the position of president and CEO at Tani Co., Ltd. and is the founder of KeePer Technical Laboratory.
