Nippon Sanso subsidiaries to unify global brand names

Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation announced that its consolidated subsidiaries, Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation, Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc., and Nippon Gases Euro-Holding S.L.U., will undergo trade name changes, effective April 1, 2026. This move aims to unify the global brand and enhance corporate value following the recent announcement of a unified brand logo.

Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation will become Nippon Sanso Corporation, while Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. will be renamed Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. In Europe, Nippon Gases Euro-Holding S.L.U. will adopt the name Nippon Sanso Euro-Holding S.L.U. All three entities are wholly owned by Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation.

These changes are designed to foster more efficient and effective brand management across Japan, the United States, and Europe, aligning the company's regional operations under a single, cohesive brand identity.
