Will Group raises earnings forecasts for 2025 and 2026

Will Group, Inc. announced on September 22, 2025, a revision of its consolidated earnings forecasts for the six months and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. For the first half, revenue is projected to increase from JPY 68,800m to JPY 70,500m, with profit attributable to owners of parent rising from JPY 580m to JPY 725m. This upward adjustment is primarily driven by strong performance in the Domestic Working Business, particularly in construction management engineering and sales outsourcing, alongside the depreciation of the yen.

For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company expects revenue to increase from JPY 134,600m to JPY 140,400m. Profit attributable to owners of parent is now forecast at JPY 1,730m, up from JPY 1,560m. The company attributes this to continued strong operating results in the Domestic Working Business, despite conservative estimates for the Overseas Working Business and increased recruitment costs. No revisions to the cash dividend forecast were announced.
