Sata Construction Co., Ltd. confirmed a change in its major shareholders on September 12, 2025, with UGS Asset Management Co., Ltd. significantly reducing its stake. This was disclosed following the submission of a large shareholding report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau by UGS Asset Management on September 22, 2025.

Before the change, as of July 17, 2025, UGS Asset Management held 23,234 voting rights (2,323,400 shares), representing 15.11% of the total voting rights. Following the change on September 12, 2025, their holding decreased to 1,720 voting rights (172,000 shares), now representing 1.43% of the total voting rights.

Sata Construction stated that this change is not expected to have any impact on its business performance. The company also noted that it has not confirmed the actual number of shares owned by the shareholder beyond the information provided in the large shareholding report.
