Digital Garage confirms Resona Holdings as major shareholder

Digital Garage today announced the completion of changes in its other affiliated companies, as previously disclosed on July 31, 2025. This change follows Resona Holdings, Inc.'s acquisition of Digital Garage shares from funds managed by Oasis Management Company Limited, effective September 22, 2025.

As a result of this transaction, Resona Holdings' voting rights in Digital Garage increased significantly. Prior to the change, Resona Holdings held 57,130 voting rights, representing a 12.42% ownership. Following the completion, Resona Holdings, as a major and largest shareholder and other related company, now holds 142,332 voting rights, equating to a 30.95% ownership.

Digital Garage stated that this change is not expected to have any impact on the company's business performance, with any future material impacts to be promptly disclosed.
