Tadano announces executive and officer personnel changes, new divisions

Tadano Ltd. announced changes in executive and officer responsibilities and assignments, effective October 1, 2025. Hiroyuki Goda will transition to director and managing executive officer, chief technical officer, European operations, director of Tadano Europe Holdings GmbH, cto of Tadano Demag GmbH, and cto of Tadano Faun GmbH. Noriaki Yashiro will assume roles as director and managing executive officer, European operations, global HR and ICT division, president and ceo of Tadano Europe Holdings GmbH, president and and ceo of Tadano Demag GmbH, and president and ceo of Tadano Faun GmbH.

Kenichi Sawada, currently senior managing executive officer, European operations, will become managing executive officer, global business promotion division. Additionally, Kozo Yoshida will be appointed executive officer, chief compliance officer, and sales administration division. Katsuhisa Hashimoto will continue as senior administrator and general manager of the accounting department, with his corporate division responsibility being removed.

The Japanese filing details the establishment of a global HR and ICT division to strategize and execute global human resources and ICT initiatives. Furthermore, the compliance officer role will be formalized as chief compliance officer and operate as an independent organization, separate from the corporate division.
