Nikkon Holdings subsidiary rebrands to NIKKON Logistics

Nikkon Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Nippon Konpo Unyu Soko Co., Ltd., will change its company name to NIKKON Kabushiki Kaisha (NIKKON Logistics CO., LTD. in English) effective April 1, 2026. This decision was made at a board of directors meeting and approved at an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting held on September 19, 2025.

The rebranding marks a dual milestone: the 10th anniversary of the subsidiary's founding and the 75th anniversary of the company's establishment. The change aims to unify the group's brand under "NIKKON," signaling an intent for further business expansion and future-oriented evolution.

The subsidiary, currently known as Nippon Konpo Unyu Soko Co., Ltd., is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and is involved in transportation and warehousing. Its president and representative director is Seiji Ooka, and it has a capital stock of JPY 500 million.
