Fullcast Holdings forms alliance with Zenken to boost HR services

Fullcast Holdings Co., Ltd. has entered into a business alliance with Zenken Corporation, effective September 19, 2025, to expand their service offerings and sales activities. The collaboration aims to leverage Zenken's expertise in providing highly skilled overseas professionals and Japanese language education programs, with Fullcast Holdings' extensive customer base across Japan, particularly focusing on specified skilled workers. This alliance will integrate Zenken's web marketing and recruitment support with Fullcast Holdings' comprehensive human resource solutions, enhancing their ability to meet diverse customer needs and support business growth.

Zenken Corporation, headquartered in Azabudai, Tokyo, specializes in media production for niche products and services, as well as placement services for overseas human resources. With capital of JPY 439.53 million as of June 30, 2025, and established in July 1978, Zenken reported net sales of JPY 5,536 million and ordinary profit of JPY 400 million for the fiscal year ending June 2025. Fullcast Holdings anticipates the impact of this business alliance on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, to be immaterial.
