Air Water extends Ci Medical tender offer period after JFTC notice

Air Water Inc. announced an amendment to its tender offer for common shares of Ci Medical Co., Ltd. The initial tender offer period, previously set to conclude on September 24, 2025, has been extended. This change follows the receipt of a notice from the Japan Fair Trade Commission on September 18, 2025, confirming no exclusion order and shortening the prohibition period, which necessitated revisions to the Tender Offer Registration Statement.

The tender offer period will now run from August 8, 2025, until October 6, 2025, extending the duration from 31 to 39 business days. Consequently, the settlement commencement date has also been revised from October 1, 2025, to October 14, 2025. This extension aligns with Article 27-8, Paragraph 2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, requiring an amendment statement submission to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
