Remixpoint expands bitcoin holdings, increasing total investment

Remixpoint, Inc. disclosed the acquisition of additional Bitcoin (BTC) between August 28 and September 17, 2025. This latest round of purchases totaled 76.90 BTC, with purchase values of 80,000,000 yen on August 28, 130,000,000 yen on September 12, 110,000,000 yen on September 16, and 1,000,000,000 yen on September 17. The acquisitions on August 28 to September 16 were funded by the exercise of stock acquisition rights, while the September 17 purchase utilized the company's own capital.

These new acquisitions have increased Remixpoint’s total Bitcoin holdings to 1,350.26882154 BTC, with an average acquisition cost of 15,034,043 yen per BTC. The total Bitcoin acquisition amount since April 2025 has reached 20,300,000,000 yen.

The recent purchases mark a continued strategy of expanding cryptocurrency assets, building on a series of acquisitions dating back to May 2025. This consistent accumulation has steadily increased the company’s digital asset portfolio throughout the year.
