Elecom to receive $80m dividend from Hong Kong subsidiary

Elecom Co., Ltd. announced its expectation to receive a dividend of $80 million from its consolidated subsidiary, Elecom (Hong Kong) Limited. The resolution date for this dividend was September 18, 2025, with scheduled receipt in late September 2025. This transaction requires an extraordinary report submission under Japanese financial regulations.

The dividend income will be recorded as non-operating income in Elecom's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026. However, as this is a dividend from a consolidated subsidiary, it will not impact Elecom's consolidated financial statements for the same fiscal year.
