Saint-Care Holding announces management division personnel changes

Saint-Care Holding Corporation, traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime market under code 2374, decided on personnel changes at its board of directors meeting held on September 17, 2025. These changes, primarily affecting executive and management roles, will take effect on October 1, 2025.

Nobuaki Ishizuka, currently an executive officer and deputy head of the management division, and concurrently head of human resources, will transition to an executive officer and deputy head of the management division role. Kenji Masui, presently deputy head of the management division human resources department, will assume the position of deputy head (acting head) of the management division human resources department.
