Mac House shareholders approve articles of incorporation amendment

Mac House Co., Ltd. announced today, September 17, 2025, the successful conclusion of its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The sole proposal presented, a partial amendment to the articles of incorporation, was approved and adopted as proposed by shareholders.
