Ks Holdings announces executive management reshuffle

Ks Holdings Corporation disclosed a series of executive personnel changes following a board of directors meeting on September 17, 2025. These changes, effective October 1, 2025, involve shifts in several directorial and executive officer positions.

Naoto Osaka, currently director, managing executive officer, general manager of sustainability promotion division, and department manager of system office, will assume the role of director, managing executive officer, and senior managing director of Ks Denki Technical Support Corporation. Miyako Yasumura, presently director, senior executive officer, and Mito Honten store manager, will transition to director, senior executive officer, general manager of administration division, and department manager of human resources development department.

Additionally, Takayuki Fujieda, currently executive officer, general manager of administration division, and department manager of human resources development department, will become executive officer, general manager of marketing division, and department manager of marketing planning department. Noriyuki Miyamoto, executive officer, general manager of marketing division, department manager of marketing planning department, will be appointed executive officer, general manager of sustainability promotion division, and department manager of system office. Katsumata Koichi, executive officer and Fuchu Honten store manager, will take on the role of executive officer and Mito Honten store manager.
