Ichiyoshi Securities announces provisional dividends for fiscal year 2026

Ichiyoshi Securities announced a provisional semi-annual dividend of JPY 18.00 per share for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This decision aligns with the company's dividend policy, which targets either a 50% payout ratio of consolidated earnings per share or a 2% DOE, adopting the higher of the two. The final decision on the regular dividend amount will be made in late October.

To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Ichiyoshi Securities will pay commemorative dividends of JPY 10.00 per share to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025, and an additional JPY 10.00 per share to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2026. This brings the total provisional semi-annual dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, to JPY 28.00 per share (JPY 18.00 regular plus JPY 10.00 commemorative).

The company’s total dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, was JPY 34.00, comprising JPY 17.00 semi-annual and JPY 17.00 final dividends. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the total provisional dividend, including regular and commemorative, is JPY 20.00 (JPY 10.00 semi-annual and JPY 10.00 final).
