Gyoko Asset Management extends Soft99 tender offer period

Gyoko Asset Management Co., Ltd. has updated its tender offer for common shares of Soft99 Corporation, initially commenced on August 7, 2025. The amendment, issued on September 17, 2025, follows an opinion change from Soft99 Corporation on September 16, 2025, necessitating corrections to the tender offer registration statement.

As a result, the tender offer period has been extended. Originally set to conclude on September 19, 2025, the new closing date is now October 2, 2025.

Consequently, the payment commencement date for the tender offer has also been adjusted from September 29, 2025, to October 9, 2025. This change was announced by Soft99 Corporation in response to the request from Gyoko Asset Management Co., Ltd.
