Asante announces executive reassignments and a director's retirement

Asante announced on September 17, 2025, that its board of directors resolved to implement a change in director roles effective October 1, 2025. This decision will see Tetsuji Hamazato, currently a director and head of the sales division, general manager of the corporate sales department, transition to the role of director and head of sales division. This marks a reclassification of his executive responsibilities within the company.

Additionally, Toru Hamazato, who presently serves as the representative director, executive vice president, and head of the sales division, will be reclassified to director, executive vice president, and head of corporate sales division, effective the same date. This internal re-organization aims to streamline leadership functions within the sales and corporate sales departments.

Furthermore, Mr. Hamazato will retire from his position as director, executive vice president, and head of corporate sales division as of October 1, 2025. This series of executive changes underscores Asante’s ongoing efforts to adjust its leadership structure and optimize its operational divisions.
