Sys Holdings unveils ambitious SYSTarget2028 growth plan

Sys Holdings announced its new mid-term management plan, "SYSTarget2028," aiming for a final settlement period in July 2028. The company targets consolidated net sales of JPY 22,000 million and operating profit of JPY 1,500 million by July 2028. This represents a substantial increase from the projected JPY 14,051 million in net sales and JPY 705 million in operating profit for the July 2025 period, indicating ambitious growth fueled by an expected average annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16.1% in net sales for SYSTarget2028, following a CAGR of 14.2% in SYSTarget2025.

The plan emphasizes diversifying business, increasing scale, and resolving IT industry challenges. Key strategies include comprehensive support for core systems, active utilization of business partners, and value-added M&A. The company projects an increase in business partner ratio to 100% by 2030 and a continued focus on talent investment, including improving compensation, senior hiring, and enhancing the internal environment.

Sys Holdings also reported three recent M&A transactions. It acquired HTC Inc. on May 1, 2025, RAKAIRUM Inc.'s information services business on May 1, 2025, and IBSYSTEM Inc. on August 1, 2025. Dividends are expected to steadily increase, reaching JPY 8.00 per share by July 2028.
