Senko forms committee to investigate misconduct at transport subsidiary

On September 16, 2025, Senko Group Holdings announced the establishment of an internal investigation committee to address suspected misconduct at its consolidated subsidiary, Minami Osaka Senko Transport. The committee, including external experts, was decided upon by Senko (parent company of Minami Osaka Senko Transport) on September 12, 2025, to clarify facts, investigate similar cases, determine causes, and recommend recurrence prevention measures.

The committee is chaired by Fumitaka Ojima, an outside director for Senko and attorney-at-law, and includes members from KPMG Forensic & Risk Advisory, Kitahama Partners, and Senko Group Holdings. Minami Osaka Senko Transport, located in Sakai-shi, Osaka, has capital of 90 million yen and reported operating revenue of 6,766 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 2025. It is a 100% indirectly owned subsidiary of Senko.

Senko Group Holdings stated it will fully cooperate with the investigation and disclose its results, along with any impact on business results, as soon as possible.
