Rakus reports strong August sales, cloud business drives growth

Rakus Co., Ltd. announced its monthly sales figures for August 2025, revealing consistent growth across its key business segments for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Consolidated sales for August reached JPY 4,796 million, marking a 122.4% year-on-year increase. This follows strong performances in previous months, with April at JPY 4,668 million (126.4% YoY), May at JPY 4,630 million (123.8% YoY), June at JPY 4,782 million (126.3% YoY), and July at JPY 4,926 million (126.3% YoY).

The Cloud Business segment was a primary driver of this growth, with August sales reaching JPY 4,160 million, a 123.7% year-on-year increase. Cloud Business monthly recurring revenue stood at JPY 3,898 million, up 125.2% from the previous year. Key cloud products, "Raku Raku Seisan" and "Raku Raku Meisai," also contributed significantly. "Raku Raku Seisan" sales in August were JPY 1,673 million (119.0% YoY), while "Raku Raku Meisai" sales hit JPY 1,031 million (131.8% YoY).

The IT Outsourcing Business segment reported August sales of JPY 636 million, an increase of 114.8% year-on-year. These figures are preliminary and may be subject to revision following accounting audits.
