Mammy Mart announces off-auction share distribution

Mammy Mart Corporation will conduct an off-auction distribution of 100,000 shares between September 19, 2025, and September 25, 2025. The distribution price will be based on the closing price or the final bid price on the day prior to the distribution's execution.

The company will limit purchases to 2,000 shares per buyer, with a trading unit of 100 shares. This transaction will occur on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This initiative aims to improve the distribution of the company's shares and enhance market liquidity, following an assessment indicating an intention to sell a portion of the shares.

Mammy Mart noted that the off-auction distribution could be postponed or canceled if sharp fluctuations in the stock market during the scheduled period make execution difficult.
