GA technologies initiates first dividend payment amid strong performance

GA technologies Co., Ltd. has announced a significant shift in its capital allocation strategy, initiating a year-end dividend payment of 8 yen per share for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2025. This marks the first dividend distribution since the company's founding, with a target payout ratio of approximately 10%. This decision follows robust financial performance, as detailed in the third quarter 2025 earnings report, where the company reported a net revenue of 10,542 million yen and a business profit of 1,754 million yen for the quarter, representing a year-over-year increase of 38% and 326% respectively.

The company's strong performance is further highlighted by its revised full-year forecast for fiscal year 2025, projecting a net revenue of 42,300 million yen and a business profit of 6,500 million yen. This revised forecast aligns with the company's Medium-Term Business Plan 2026, which aims for continuous revenue growth of 30-40% and a core business profit margin of 20% or more. The introduction of dividends is intended to balance continued growth investments with shareholder returns, leveraging an improved capital allocation quality.

Additionally, GA technologies announced the receipt of 2,379 million yen in dividends from its consolidated subsidiaries, RENOSY ASSET MANAGEMENT Inc. and Modern Standard Inc., which will be recorded as non-operating income in its non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending October 2025. This receipt will not impact the consolidated financial results.
