Seven Bank reports strong August transaction growth with ATM network expansion

Seven Bank has announced its non-consolidated monthly data for August 2025, reporting a total of 28,201 ATMs installed as of the end of the month, representing a 1.8% year-over-year increase. This expansion supports a significant rise in ATM transactions.

The total number of transactions for August reached 95.9m, marking a strong 4.1% increase compared to the previous year. Daily average transactions per ATM also saw growth, hitting 110.1 transactions per ATM per day, a 2.2% rise year-over-year. These figures, while preliminary and subject to future revision, exclude balance inquiries, e-money charges, and PIN changes.

Seven Bank’s monthly data is typically released around the 10th of the following month, with adjustments for weekends or holidays. The company emphasizes that this information is unaudited and provides a snapshot of its operational performance.
