Oasis Management becomes top shareholder in Kusuri No Aoki Holdings

Kusuri No Aoki Holdings Co., Ltd. confirmed on September 5, 2025, that Oasis Management Company Ltd. became its largest major shareholder as of September 4, 2025. This change was identified following Oasis Management’s submission of a Large Shareholding Report (Change Report) to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, dated August 28, 2025. Oasis Management, an asset management firm, is represented by general counsel Philip Mayer and is based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Prior to the change, as of May 14, 2024, Oasis Management held 9,151,532 shares, representing 9.05% of the voting rights, ranking as the second-largest shareholder. Following the change, as of August 28, 2025, their holdings increased to 11,248,159 shares, raising their voting rights to 11.12% and positioning them as the new No. 1 major shareholder.
