Seiko Group names Kiyoko Niwasaki senior vice president

Seiko Group Corporation has announced the appointment of Kiyoko Niwasaki as senior vice president, effective October 1, 2025. Niwasaki currently serves as president of WAKO Co., Ltd., a position she will retain. This decision was made at a board of directors meeting held on September 9, 2025.

The updated executive structure as of October 1, 2025, lists Kiyoko Niwasaki as senior vice president, alongside other key executives such as Shuji Takahashi, president, and Shinji Hattori, chairman, group CEO, and group CCO.
