Systems Engineering Consultants announces share split, dividend revision

Systems Engineering Consultants Co.,LTD. announced a 2-for-1 stock split for its common shares, with a record date of September 30, 2025, and an effective date of October 1, 2025. This action will increase the total number of issued shares from 5,120,000 to 10,240,000, and authorized shares will adjust from 16,000,000 to 32,000,000. No change to the capital amount will occur.

Following the share split, the company also revised its year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026. The revised forecast for the fiscal year-end is JPY 56.00 per share, equivalent to JPY 112.00 on a pre-share split basis, representing an effective increase of JPY 1.00 from the previous forecast of JPY 111.00. The maximum number of common shares for restricted stock compensation for directors will also be adjusted, increasing from 25,000 shares or less to 50,000 shares or less annually, effective October 1, 2025.
