Max announces leadership changes, new executive appointments

Max Co., Ltd. announced significant personnel changes, effective October 1, 2025, following a board of directors meeting held on September 8, 2025. Tatsushi Ogawa remains president, with Nobuo Suda serving as executive officer and contact for inquiries. The changes primarily focus on newly appointed executive officers and transfers of senior managers.

Masayuki Senda, formerly department manager of the international sales department, sales division, and president of MAX USA CORP., has been appointed as an executive officer for the international sales department, sales division, and will continue as president of MAX USA CORP. Shigeyuki Shitara, previously general manager of the manufacturing department, manufacturing division, is now an executive officer and general manager of the manufacturing department, manufacturing division.

Additionally, Kazuya Hashiba, previously assistant general manager of Tamamura Factory, manufacturing division, has been promoted to deputy general manager of the manufacturing division and president of MAX Joban Co., Ltd. These strategic appointments and transfers aim to strengthen Max's leadership across key operational areas.
