Oasis Management becomes Kusuri No Aoki Holdings' largest shareholder

Kusuri No Aoki Holdings confirmed a change in its largest shareholder on September 4, 2025. Oasis Management Company, a Cayman Islands-based asset management firm, has increased its ownership, as indicated by a large shareholding report submitted to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on August 28, 2025.

Prior to this change, as of May 14, 2024, Oasis Management held 9,151,532 shares, representing 9.05% of the total voting rights, making it the second-largest shareholder. Following the recent change, as of August 28, 2025, Oasis Management now holds 11,248,159 shares, increasing its stake to 11.12% of the total voting rights, positioning it as the new largest shareholder.

Kusuri No Aoki Holdings does not anticipate any impact on its management or business performance as a result of this change.
