While Key Coffee engaged with auditors and external system vendors, the re-confirmation of financial figures and ensuring their appropriateness required more time than initially anticipated.

Furthermore, as disclosed on August 25, 2025, the latest internal control report revealed significant deficiencies in internal control, necessitating a review of the first-quarter financial statements by the auditing firm. These factors have collectively contributed to the extended timeline for finalizing financial figures. Key Coffee previously issued corrected financial reports for prior periods on August 25, 2025.
