Yellow Hat buys more of its own shares for ¥578.3m

Yellow Hat Ltd. acquired 356,400 common shares between August 1 and August 31, 2025, at a total cost of ¥578,316,400. All acquisitions were made via market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

This acquisition is part of a larger plan resolved on May 9, 2025, to acquire a maximum of 4,200,000 common shares, representing 4.7% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares). The spending limit for this program is ¥5,000,000,000, with an acquisition period from May 12, 2025, to January 30, 2026.

As of August 31, 2025, Yellow Hat has acquired a total of 1,518,900 shares under this program, at a cumulative cost of ¥2,363,022,100. All treasury shares acquired through this program are slated for cancellation.
