Oji Holdings Corporation announced the acquisition of 2,710,200 shares of its common stock between August 1 and August 31, 2025. The total acquisition cost for this period amounted to JPY 2,104,208,170. These shares were purchased through market transactions based on a discretionary trading agreement with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

This acquisition is part of a larger program approved by the board of directors on December 12, 2024. The program permits the acquisition of up to 100 million shares, or a total value of JPY 50 bn, with an acquisition period from December 13, 2024, to December 12, 2025.
