Arealink corrects syndicate cover period for share offering

Arealink Co., Ltd. issued a partial correction to its "Notice concerning the offering of shares," initially published on August 29, 2025. The correction primarily impacts the syndicate cover transaction period, particularly for the third scenario of the offering.

Under the corrected terms, if the sale price determination date is September 10, 2025 (Wednesday), the syndicate cover transaction period will now be from September 13, 2025 (Saturday) to October 10, 2025 (Friday). This is a change from the previously announced period, which was September 16, 2025 (Tuesday) to October 10, 2025 (Friday). The syndicate cover periods for sale price determination dates of September 8, 2025 (Monday) and September 9, 2025 (Tuesday) remain unchanged.
